Hello👋🏻
Soul performance offers online yoga, pilates and legs, bums and tums classes online.
Yoga:
During our yoga classes, i will welcome you in with a calming meditation, slowing your nervous system down and preparing you for relaxation.
We will then flow slowly through a practice, stretching and recovering the muscles. Connecting your breath with your movement.
Ending in a lying meditation, preparing the mind and body for sleep.
Pilates:
I welcome you onto the mat to relax and switch off. We will flow through movements working the whole body gently. We practice engaging the core and stabilising muscles to cross train the body.
Lbt:
Legs, bums and tums is a low impact mat based class to tone and sculpt the body.
So light a candle and relax, jump into something comfy and join me from the comfort of your own home.
Classes are suitable for all levels.
