chris, from FMH was wonderful. So helpful and extremely efficient! He called before sending the quote ask for a video of the issue to double check what parts he would need.
He then called yesterday to confirm he was coming today and then dropped me a message half an hour before he came.
Definitely couldn't fault his service at all and I'd definitely recommend them!
