Recent EPDM flat roof done in the Bagnall area. Old torch on flat roof stripped off, repair to the rotten timber and fascia boards (latter pics) and new 16mm boards laid, then a seam free epdm rubber fitted with new plastic trims. ☔️ 💨 ⛈️ 🦆

Some recent roofing work during the monsoon season we’ve recently encountered 🌧️☔️🌂⛈️ We stripped off the main roof, felted, lathed and re tiled using the Exsisting tiles, installed new dry verges, new plastic soffit boards, chimney repointed and water sealed. For a low maintenance seamless finish.

It’s all systems go at Guest Bros LTD! Here’s some of our recent roof work, in the Milton/Baddeley Green area.

This was a big 1, a recent new build project in leek! We supplied and fitted, Over 2000 Marley mods, graded roofing lathes, 175gsm premium breather felt membrane, felt support trays, dry ridge sytem, dry valley system, plastic dry verge, upvc velux roof windows, and leaded the chimney.

The fascia and guttering were also fitted by our team using full replacement 18mm black fascia board, the customer wanted the sleek black flat board for the seamless soffit finish!

All work was completed and materials used, to meet current building regulations. 👷‍♂️

Finished off with a 10 year guarantee and another happy customer! 🏠 🧰

Some recent work. Removed old rotten timbers and fascias and replaced in plastic, new cement verges and full house raked out and repointed. Some before and after pics.

Job complete in Leek, Complete package including new roof and lead all round the property. Cement verges and ridge as requested by owner. 😁

Two different jobs done, one a full new replacement roof in Baddeley Green with dry verge and ridge kit and the second a new roof in Stanley. Both used modern ridge and are maintenance free.

Another job done :) New breathable felt, finished with a stunning clay plain tile with chimney leaded and pointed. We are now booking jobs in for next year, contact us now for a free quote.

Recent roofing work, using marley plain tiles, full strip of main and lower bay roof, new laths felt and tiles, dry ridge system, chimney ground out, then repointed, re-leaded and a new cement flaunching to secure the chimney pots.

A beautiful roof done on a new build in Birchall, Leek. All maintenance free verges and ridge. Completed in a stunning anthracite marley modern roof tile.

New roof in brown edge, including: new tiles, lathes, breathable felt membrane and Dry ridge system. Chimney raked out, repointed, flaunched, then coated in a stormdry Masonary water sealant. New lead flashing and apron to the chimney. 50mm kingspan supplied and fitted to keep the heat in.
