Came in as a non runner. After a full engine rebuild and service it’s now back up and running as good as new ✅

Belle mini mix -
Came in with a running issue. We adjusted the throttle lever and cleaned the fuel system. Now returned back to the customer in full working condition✅

Ifor Williams trailer back to a road worthy state after being standing for a long time. Another happy customer ✅

Stihl TS410 saw -
Saw in as a none runner, upon inspection the carb was blocked and carb adjustment screws were seized. New carb fitted and it’s back up and running ✅

Hilti DSH 600x saw
Saw in for a routine service and belt slipping. Upon inspection the blade shaft bearings had gone and the belt was shredded. New bearings, belt and full service, the saw back in fully working order and delivered back to the customer ✅

Wacker neuson vib plate -
Came in and a none runner and a service. Carb cleaned, fuel tank cleaned, fresh fuel, new rubber base mounts and full service and it’s back In Fully working order ✅

Stihl HS 45 hedge cutter -
Came to us as a non-starter, diagnosed as fuel starvation. Cleaned carb, filled with fresh fuel, fitted new air filter and housing. Back up and running and returned to the customer ✅

Stihl leaf blowers -
Few blowers in as non starters, diagnosed as fuel problems on both. Removed and cleaned all fuel systems, back up and running like new ✅

Plate compactor -
Customer complained it was stiff to pull and had a running issue. Upon inspection the exciter bearing were full of old hard grease and fuel system had debris in. Exciter bearing cleaned and Greased, fuel system cleaned and new belt fitted and its back up and running ✅

Makita sds drill -
Drill in for new brushes and snapped steel removed from the chuck. New brushes fitted and steel removed and it’s back like new ✅

Stihl ts410 saw -
Saw in for a bit of routine maintenance. Full service,stop switch wires replaced and the saw is back in full working order ✅

Belle minimix -
Mixer came in with a non start issue. Carb cleaned, fresh fuel, new engine oil and new belt. Another one back up and running ✅

Case CX130D excavator -
Called out to a hydraulic hose burst on a 14 ton excavator. Diagnosed the specific hose, new hose supplied and fitted within the hour. ✅ R & K groundworks Ltd

Wacker neuson vib plate -
Customer said it had been standing for a few months and now won’t start. Fuel tank drained, carb cleaned and new spark plug. Plate is back up and running and is back to work ✅

Terex TA9 dumper -
Customer rang complaining his handbrake wasn’t working, upon inspection the handbrake cable had snapped and handbrake pads were worn. New cable and pads fitted and it’s back working again ✅

Terex TA1 dumper-
We were called out to a hydraulic leak, upon inspection we found a burst hose. A new hose was supplied and fitted the same day. Now the dumper is up back up and running smoothly with less than 24 hours out of service leaving our customer very happy ✅

Kubota U17 excavator -
Routine service carried out on two Kubota excavators.

I for Williams 1.5 ton plant trailer -
Trailer came in for a service and customer was complaining about the brakes squealing. Upon inspection the brake shoes were down to metal, cables and adjusters were seized. We carried out service, New shoes all around, 4 new brake cables and it’s back on the road with yet another happy customer ✅

Belle 150 mixer -
Customer rang with a running issue, smoking and only running on choke. Upon inspection we found that the valves were out of tolerance and debris in the bottom of fuel tank. We adjusted the valves to the manufacturer specification and clean all debris and fuel system. The mixer was back up and running like new, with another happy customer ✅

Stihl ts410 saw -
One from today, customer complained of a none starter. Upon inspection compression was low and crank bearings had play. New bearings, seals, gaskets, cylinder and piston fitted. Now running as good as new with another happy customer ✅

JCB 8025zts -
Customer rang with a none starter problem, diagnosed as fuel starvation. Upon inspection debris was found in the
Fuel system. Cleaned fuel system and fitted new filters, all now back up and running with a happy customer ✅
