Beautiful morning earlier this month, but where’s all this sunshine gone? However we have plenty of indoor spaces to enjoy the view whatever the weather.

Located in the very heart of the Staffordshire countryside on our family farm, Our very own Owls retreat is the perfect getaway. With stunning views from every window across the open farmland and lake you are surrounded by nature.
After spending the day visiting the local attractions or exploring the beautiful countryside, relax and enjoy a glass of wine on your very own enclosed patio enjoying the warmth of your own wood fired patio heater and watch the wonderful sunsets here at meadow view Farm. Your luxury Shepherds Hut awaits you Warm and toasty in the cold winter months and nice and cool in those summer months. Owls retreat provides all the comforts for a relaxing few nights away incredibly cosy self-catering shepherds hut with stunning rural views, a luxury romantic treat for two.

Owls retreat shepherds hut is located on our family farm which is partly a hobby farm with various farm animals which are all our well-loved pets. We also have an equestrian yard with a horse manège and stables with our very own horses.

Please Note
This is a working farm and horse training yard. There is occasional training in the horse arena which can be heard from the shepherds huts, these sessions are usually 20-30 minutes long.
There are clearly marked areas which are not permitted to be entered into at any time within the horse area for your own and others safety.

Location
Whether you’re going for long walks or maybe visiting one of the many places to visit here near owls retreat Farm on your return you could kick back and relax under the skies to live the moment together and create a truly memorable stay.
The hut has it very own private patio with chairs for you to relax in and watch the sunsets. We have wonderful sunsets here at Owls retreat, there’s a patio set where you can sit and dine, there’s also a love seat where you could sit and gaze at the stars maybe enjoying a nice glass of wine while keeping warm with its very own wood fired patio heater.

There’s a BBQ for those days when you want to cook outside and enjoy the scenery of the open fields surrounding with lighting and fire pit.

The hut is Efficiently insulated they are warm and toasty in the cold winter months and nice and cool in the summer months.

Interior
Owls retreat has a luxurious size bed tucked within its own little wall giving you space during the day and separation from kitchen area. The huts has its own TV, bedside lamps and dimmable wall lights for those romantic evenings. There are plenty of plug sockets with USB ports on.
It has its own fully equipped kitchen including a gas oven, gas hob, fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave oven and all the cooking equipment that you would need if your planning a longer stay here at Owls retreat
The living space has two comfortable arm chairs a small wood burner with logs, a TV dimmable lighting.

It has its own shower room which comes with every thing you need to ensure of that you have the most comfortable and relaxing break away. We include quality fluffy soft towels, shower products; shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap.
