🍂FALL in love with these super soft and chewy white chocolate maple & pecan cookies; they are calling your name! 🍂 These cookies made with browned butter and only brown sugar for extra chewiness. They are packed with toasted pecans, pools of white chocolate, and a dash of maple syrup for that ultimate salty-sweet treat. PECAN believe it, they’re seriously impressive. French apple cake and white chocolate & raspberry cookies to end the week!

I’m not quite sure how we’re already on a Sunday evening when it feels like Friday was just a second ago… these weekends are flying by and I’m not wasting another second NOT baking!

Sometimes, on a rainy day, a cake is all you need! I had some leftover apples and wasn’t sure what to make but came across a few recipes, mixed up some of the ingredients, added a final twist and voila 🤩

For the cookies, I used my basic cookie recipe. It never fails me, I just switched up the flavour! This time I used raspberry popping candy which is DIVINE 💕 I added some white chocolate chips and some crushed frozen raspberries and they are just gorgeous.
