Danny from the kids class who’s concentration and effort have been getting much better recently. By far the best week he’s had since starting training at the club. And Charlie from the Juniors who recently joined us. Is a great lad with top craic. Can’t half hit and a class addition to the team. Well done to everybody this week. I hope yous all have a great Easter with your nearest and dearest.

The first annual GYMBAM Christmas Presentation evening. And what a brilliant night it was for a even better set of kids!

A few thank yous to get through as without you lot none of it would be possible.

First, thanks to all the kids who turn up week in, week out and give it there all. Boxing training or Infact any combat sport isn’t just about becoming good at that sport. It’s about discipline, self motivation, positivity, courage, consistency and above all, attitude. Once you get ontop of them is when you see a big improvement in your chosen sport. Which is why I cannot stress enough how important it is to get kids into any type of hobbie from a young age. 17 months ago when I first launched the class I’ve seen such a massive difference in the behaviour and skill set of the kids who regularly turn up. A credit to their parents! 👍

Second big thanks to Coach Chris. Shocking haircuts, sometimes harder work than the kids but a massive part of this club. All the kids love you and I appreciate all your time and efforts you give towards these local kids. 🤝

Harrison from the fitness class. Harrison only won it a few weeks ago but tonight wasn’t even a close call. We done circuit training and he was the most knackered in the room. Effort level was a pleasure to coach so well deserved.

Again the kids class is fully booked up now until after the new year however the junior class still has spaces available of your child is 8-14 and is looking to try boxing 🥊

Our Kids Boxing class (age 4-7) is now fully booked and we won’t be taking on any new members until after the new year.
There’s still available spaces in the Juniors (8-14s) class.
