Guys, I did it! After 15 months of hard work and determination, I finally got to target 🎊💃🏾. I feel absolutely amazing 🤩. On my journey, there have been tears, frustration, but mostly a lot of laughter and fascination about discovering what triggers me to behaviour the way I do, which then leads to my eating frenzy 🤪. My consultant, Sarah Blight, has been my inspiration from day one! She never gave up on me even when at times I wanted to give up on myself! THANK YOU ☺️! Some would say I’ve reached the end of my journey, but actually my journey has just begun as I have the rest of my slim life to live!🙌🏾🤗🎉🥳💃🏾🥂
