I created this lived in sun kissed look and it’s my most popular request - balayage.
Sunkissed hair is a soft placement of lights using golden, beige and baby blonde to create that summer vibe.
It’s my favourite colour!

Claw clips work well with long and bob lengths try muted colours or metallics just leave the two strands over your face, centre parting look back in 1996!

This client had a fresh trim but her lived in balayage I did a while ago is still going strong...we’re planning a new colour very soon! Used my favourite tool Creative Curl Wand.
I recommend this loads because it’s great for long and short hair!

Dimension.
All those gorgeous images you see online are a cocktail of shades and tones.
That’s what I love about colour!
A bespoke colour that’s not like anyone else.
Now that’s amazing 🤩.
I like to add dimension to my colours this gives a contrast and definition.

Shiny as...
I do love a wave or curl but the humble smooth blow dry is just as stunning.

I’m sure we’re all one step toward feeling more human and loving the hair transformations. Just need to leave the loungewear behind of course...?!

Plastic free options-
We can do more than recycle our milk bottles! I have added a few of my favourite plastic free hair products.
Annoyingly styling products are very limited ( in my opinion! ) but there are some great brands out there!

Lush shampoo bars especially Coconut Rice Cake bar LUSH UK
Head Jog Straw brush Headjog and Wolf Sage & Co Wild Sage + Co Ltd. conditioners!
The Lush shampoo are not all sulfate free but Coconut rice cake is and a personal favourite!

Reflecting.
The last 15 weeks or 4 months I have discovered-
👩‍🎓 I can’t teach a 6 year old what a grapheme is.
👗 Anything with zips is a no go ( 🍫 + 👩 =🐷 )
🥿 Slippers are not my only pair of footwear.
Whilst we venture out again somewhere that isn’t Asda or Aldi I realise some things I have learned.
👩‍💻 Education ( not the key stage 2 type ) I’m good at Thanks to and .education .resilient.hairdresser for the fun and in all seriousness the new skills!
🐰 I’ve discovered more cruelty free hair care.
I can’t wait to see everyone and make you look bootiful!

Curtain something that isn’t usually used to describe how you want your hair.
It’s simply a very long soft split fringe- no one’s got time to say that so curtain bangs works well 😁
