My First #artvsartist My most proud pieces from 2022. One thing I have taken from this challenge is that I have not produced nearly enough art this year. Which means I haven’t been fulfilling my purpose. I have to make sure I make time for my art in 2023. If it’s important to you, you make time for it, you sacrifice for it. On a positive note, this year may not have been as productive but it’s been quite reflective and I feel like I have started to identify who I am as an artist and what makes me tick, the overarching theme of my work being humility, strength and endurance. Looking forward to another year of art and wherever it may lead. Many thanks to all those who have supported me and purchased art from me this year. Our 'Places to Connect' campaign heads to Cwmafan Library on November 7th with a 3-week programme of Arts and Crafts with Jenny Ross. In this 3-week programme, aimed at people new to arts and crafts, Jenny will introduce you to the world of crafting. You will also be creating your own pieces to take away all in the company of fellow crafters. Places are limited for this 3-week course so please be sure to book and ensure that you can attend all three sessions.
