This beauty has been made into one of the first rings I have done. 25mm diameter glass cabochon on a silver plated adjustable base. Got a floral look about this one 😍

It's been a funny old week and the rain has been relentless. I am dreaming of warmer Spring days and getting back out in the garden...so I made some sun pendants and some butterflies to cheer me up! 😁 🌞

I think the butterflies will become keyrings but I'm open to suggestions....what do you all think?

Morning all! Weekend's "funny turn" is behind me so onwards!
Earrings have been very popular already this year. Particularly dangling ones so I have started to rebuild my stock. I have some new designs which I adore! Would love to hear your thoughts too 😊

Had a lovely day at The Cotswold Makers in Filkins Village Hall. Thank you to all who stopped by to chat and bought something from me,I loved meeting you all. Not an ideal end to the day as had to leave 2 hours early due to feeling dizzy, then spent 5 hours at GWH in Swindon getting checked out. Home now and all good👍 sorry if you missed me because of this x

Evening all! Sorry, have been very quiet lately!

Just to let you know I will be trying a new craft fair (new for me!) this weekend....I will be at The Cotswold Makers at Filkins from 11am until 4pm! I'm really excited for this...come and pop in if you can. There are loads of other interesting stalls attending too, making some beautiful items. 😊

A lovely day had at Royal Wootton Bassett Memorial Hall today for the first craft fair of 2024! Lovely to see so many familiar faces and also to meet some new ones! Thanks to all of you that came and bought from me today, or just stopped for a chat. 😊

A new product that I'm pretty excited about! This is a mirror compact. It has 2 mirrors, one standard and one magnifying mirror.

I love these because the area on top where I can display my artwork is 6cm diameter...the biggest area yet!

This is my 1st one but I'm hoping to bring 5 with me to my first cratt fair at Royal Wootton Basset on the 10th Feb. I will be selling these for £15 each.

They come in a soft black jewellery pouch so can be popped into handbags without the worry of them being scratched, and also makes them perfect for gifts!

So despite feeling slightly delicate today (self inflicted), I have been productive and managed to assemble my new display units all ready for this years craft markets. Very pleased with this one....just one more space to fill! I'm thinking a green/turquoise/blue one!

Leftover wine anyone? Yes it IS a thing and this is the perfect way to keep it fresh and attractive! Wine bottle stoppers each with a unique piece of alcohol ink art, finished with a glass cabochon for protection and presented in a velvet bag. A great gift idea too. Behind the scenes! Improvised drying of my new product that I'm going to be trialling....earring cards wedged under my beautiful coffee table book, keeping them flat so the cabochons don't slide! Just hoping the dog doesn't walk into them...

So I've been changing things a little (what better time to do it than the New Year!)...

I am switching over to stainless steel bases on all my products where possible. I already use it on bracelets and earrings and hopefully it should address some allergy issues that I know some customers have with metal, without switching up to sterling silver and the price hike that would involve! I also think stainless steel is more simple therefore draws attention to my art instead, which is the star of the show after all!

I'm also trying out some bigger pendants again, to show off the artwork better. The photo shows my original pendant size (25mm) on the left. Middle one is 30mm and right one is 40mm.

I would love to know what you all think!

I'm still very much creating in winter mode so how about these 2 new sets, great worn over a chunky jumper. Perfect as a gift (we all know people with January birthdays right?)
