A lovely little decorating job finished this week by JC Property Maintenance Services .

When I went to do the original quote for this job the customer turned out to be someone I used to watch Tamworth Football Club many years ago. We'd not seen each other for nearly 20 years! It sure is a small world ...

Anyway, onto the job ... It was time for a fresh new look. The lounge previously had artex walls, and was painted maroon. This was removed throughout, and the whole room had been freshly plastered (not by me may I add).

The new plaster was sealed first before applying any paint.

Colour scheme:
- X3 walls and ceiling in White matt emulsion.
- Feature/fireplace wall in Crown 'Antique Cream's Matt emulsion.
- Woodwork and door in White gloss.

Photos show the finished job (paint still wet in places). You can also see that old artex and maroon wall colour behind the fireplace.
