I wanted to give you all a quick update on what's cooking (or not cooking) in my kitchen lately. Unfortunately, my arch-nemesis, arthritis, decided to launch a surprise attack on my hand joints, so I've been taking a break from the pots and pans.

But hey, here's the silver lining – rumor has it that all good Caribbean chefs have a touch of arthritis, right? 😅 It's the secret ingredient for that extra kick!

Jokes aside, I don't want anyone to miss out on the flavors, so I've enlisted some kitchen comrades to help with food prep. This means we can still take orders, but large-scale cooking might take a little longer.
