Hello! My name is Simon, I am a dad of three and i am offering practical support to assist people with remaining independent in their own homes for longer. I have worked in the services and technical education so i am well placed to assist you with practical maintenance and gardening jobs around the home, as well as online modern technology jobs which may feel overwhelming.

I have been supporting my own parents for several years with their technology and home and garden needs for a number of years now. I have been increasingly involved in supporting their independence and confidence so that they can remain living independently at home.

I understand that being on your own can be no fun and that many jobs around the house might need an extra pair of hands and that increasingly modern technology is needed for so many aspects of modern life. Modern living and technology can be baffling, frustrating and even isolating.

I can help you stay in contact with friends and family face to face or using modern technologies like skype or zoom.
By prior arrangement I can es**rt to appointments or even support trips out for pleasure.

I help you with jobs that you might not enjoy such as gardening or minor maintenance and decluttering.

Because I am a sole trader, I can provide a flexible package offering you a tailored Personal Assistant support services to you, in your own home.
Please note that I do NOT provide personal care.
I can provide Monday to Sunday mornings between 9.30am and 2 pm various hours afternoons and evenings subject to availability.

I know it might be hard to let a carer into your life, to share personal details and give access to all your private concerns. I promise to always respect your privacy and keep information about you confidential. I am fully insured and can provide a current DBS certificate. I am also a full member of the NACAS Care Community Association.

I strongly believe that the only people who should be making the rules are our clients. We guarantee that you will always get support from someone you know and that they will take time to understand your rules and how you want things done. I promise that we will go the extra mile to follow those rules and to support you ‘your way’.
