Sorry I haven’t been present….. well I recently turned 14 🥳 My parents took me to Italy 🇮🇹 I climbed Mount Vesuvius 😱🤩 It was a DREAM!!

For all those close to me know I aspire to be a Volcanologist when I am older 🌋

Unfortunately due to be home Ed I had a weeks lot of classes to catch up so sadly I missed this months Taunton Independent Market 🥹 I also have a diving competition next month that also falls on Market day 😔 Hoping I can come for December 🥳

I had the best time at the Jitterbugs Theatre Schools annual performance, today was a sell out 🤩 (I had cakes stored underneath and restocked as I needed too) Thank u Caroline for having me 🤩

Hello 👋🏻

I thought I would take the time to introduce you to who is behind the name, for those that don’t know my name is Evie Nelle, I’m 13 and I love to bake. My mum has taught me over the past 2 years as a way for me to help with my mental health, we called it mindful Fridays.

Unfortunately school wasn’t for me so I’m now home educated. I get to do fun and exciting things when I like as well as my normal boring things like Maths 🫣

I am currently doing a Enterprising Minds course, I was given £5 from my parents and I have to make money, so what better way to than bake cupcakes 🧁 I’m also taking business studies as a GCSE, currently doing my food hygiene and booked on to do a allergen course this summer!

I would like to say a massive thank u to everyone who bought my 1st set of bakes, the Nelle Special, vanilla flavoured with pink icing 🧁 DELICIOUS!!

All of ur support means the world to me. Please be gentle tho for I am learning 🙌🏻🤩
