Autumn sessions can be wonderful! With the sun sitting lower in the sky, shining through the trees that have started to loose their leaves it creates a beautiful light.
Also, those stunning autumn colours are just so picturesque.
So family sessions don’t always need to happen at the height of summer … autumn can be just as lovely. 🍂

During a family session, I try my best to make sure we get some images of Mum and Dad…. Husband and Wife… life partners. Because let’s be honest, when do you manage to get photos with your other half once you have kids?? ❤️

It’s safe to say, summer is officially over!
We managed to squeeze in this family session, on the beach at the weekend after flip flopping over the weather over the past week or so!
In the end we just went for it…. We headed to Berrow Beach and was met with the lovely setting sun!
The kids were full of energy and embraced the open space, running and racing across the sand! What a perfect place for a family session! ☀️❤️

Autumn has well and truly arrived, there’s been a definite shift in temperature. The leaves are starting to change colour, and the nights are rolling in.
September often gives us some lovely sunsets and with the weather looking pretty good over the next week I’m hoping to make the most of it with a family session tomorrow.
I’m home sessions will still be available and can sometimes be preferred for newborns. So tag your friends and family who are having autumn/winter babies and get a session booked in. 🌟

I met this family a few years ago when they won a giveaway I had ran! Little J was only a baby then, and he and his sister have both grown so much!
And their lovely dog, who amazingly carries around his own lead!
It was lovely to see them all again after all of this time. ❤️

A collection of beautiful images I captured recently for a lovely family who were holidaying in the area. They were celebrating their Mums 70th and there was so much love and happiness amongst this family and the images I captured shows that.
Throughout the session they laughed, played, chatted amongst drinking coffee and eating pastries. These guys made my job super easy and it was an absolute pleasure. ❤️

This lovely family have grown since I last saw them a few years ago! It was lovely capture them as a larger family wondering through the flower farm, looking for bees and collecting apples.

Ahhhh, a little throwback to this little chap. Little M who is now 3 months old, has changed quite a bit but still as cute!
Life has been extremely busy for me and my family for the past couple of months, hence the radio silence.

Okay, so a little update regarding the mini flower sessions in collaboration with …

Taking place August bank holiday weekend, specific day to be confirmed.
But, come and enjoy a 20 minute session, exploring the beautiful flower site whilst I capture some wonderful images of your family.
Images will include a variety of posed and natural photographs that will be edited to a high standard.
All edited digital images will be included within the price for you to download from a personal gallery.

The lovely wedding of C&J last weekend was filled with so much fun and love. A very intimate affair of the closest family and friends at the beautiful venue .

Met up with the wonderful Harriet from The Flowerer, a good friend with so much creativity and beauty.
It was so lovely to chat, photograph and giggle as Harriet did her thing! ❤️
Harriet has a plot of land in Somerset where she is quite literally growing her flower business. I can’t wait to see what beautiful flowers come from Harriet in the coming months.

I met a lovely family last weekend and we walked around Fyne Court whilst chatting about anything and everything.
It was lovely to see how caring and loving J was to his little sister, and equally lovely to see how little P followed him around everywhere 🥰
We even managed to get a few photos of just Mum and Dad!! Thanks guys for choosing me to photograph your lovely family. ❤️

I’m currently sat with a cup of tea, jumper and jeans on and tempted to wrap up in a blanket. Dreaming of those warm summer evenings…. What on earth is going on with the weather. 🥴
