Speeding is one of the #FatalFive - five behaviours that results in the most death on the road. It's not worth the risk. 👉 Being familiar with the road or route It doesn't matter how well you know a road, or how many times you've travelled the same route. Speeding gives you less time to react to things happening on the road, you should always follow the speed limit. 👉 Not knowing the speed limit If you don't know the speed limit, play it safe. The Fatal Five are the main contributory factors behind fatal collisions on the roads. If you stay sober, wear your seatbelt, don't allow yourself to get distracted, stay below the speed limit and pay 100% attention to the road - you'll be all the better for it.
