Tricky Victorian opening with a new replacement door and frame, with arched top. Was challenging at times given the brickwork, but it came out clean and looks so much better than the old scabby relic 🤡😂

Sound insulating inside built lobby, electrician has ran the cables so plasterboarded ready for plasterer and then second fix doors, skirting and architraves

Lobby build, door lining and plasterboard. Second fix next week, doors, architrave, and skirts extended partition and some hardboaring for carpets

Just need the plasterer and elecy to get the switches and lights in

Just a little job to box in some ugly boiler pipes in a kitchen. Dove grey gloss

Replacement shower area after water ingress to studwork. Rot replaced, new panels and shower and new door. External panels will need replacing one day, but up and running again with a working shower 🚿

Lining Victorian floors prior to carpets, small kitchen build in dove grey from scratch including all snags for an air b and b property
