🚂🌟 Calling all steam rally enthusiasts! The weekend we've all been waiting for is almost here - the West Somerset Steam Rally is just around the corner! 🎉 We can't wait to showcase our incredible displays and share our love for all things steam-powered with you all.
But we have a special shoutout to give - our mini Marshalls! These little ones are the future of our passion for steam rallies, and we are so grateful for their enthusiasm and help. They are our legacy, carrying on the tradition and love for steam engines for years to come. ❤️ Let's show them some love and support as they continue the legacy of the amazing West Somerset Steam Rally! 🚂✨
🌟🚜 Exciting News from This Year's Steam Rally! 🚜🌟
We set ourselves a challenge to lower our food miles and transport costs by sourcing as much of our beer, ale, cider, and refreshments from within a 20-mile radius of the site. We're thrilled to announce that we’ve achieved a massive 91%!
There really is a melting pot of fantastic drink and food suppliers in the South West!
Using local products not only reduces our environmental impact but also supports our local quality producers and strengthens the economy.
A huge shoutout to our fantastic bar sponsors who made this possible—we'll be highlighting them over the coming week, so stay tuned!
Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. Let's raise a glass to local goodness! 🍻🥂

We like to look after local business and charities
What we did Monday during take down we had lots of sandwiches left from the weekend so we kindly donated them to open door who distributed them to different charities , locations and to the homeless
We had a lovely email thanking us
Hi
Just to say a big thank you for your generous donation of the sandwiches this afternoon. So sorry we couldn't collect them but it was amazing to receive! We donated some to the YMCA who hand out food to local families and Lindley House also took a tray full. We are also taking some to the community fridge in Monkton Heathfield tomorrow. That still leaves a fridge full of sandwiches for our clients to take away with them as well!
Thank you so so much
