Hello my lovelies! Louis and I have decided after a lot of consideration that we are going to be taking a break from Cookie Though, I am experiencing a lot of pain because of the colder weather and Olly is getting one bug after another. We are exhausted as parents and as business owners!
We are taking the remainder of 2023 to unplug, recharge and come back with bigger and better opportunities for our business!

✨The Faces Behind Cookie Though!✨
We've had a lot of new followers on Facebook and a few on Instagram too so I thought we would introduce and reintroduce ourselves to those new and old!
So Hello!! To everyone who doesn't quite know who we are!
We are Ashleigh and Louis, 25 and 27 living in Telford where cookie though is based within our home, we have been in the baking industry 3 years this year but took a years break after the loss of our daughter and I, Ashleigh sustaining injuries in which we didn't know how well I would recover from! We were formally known as Winnie-Grace Cakes but chose to rename our business so that both our children are in mind when it comes to what and who we are doing it all for. Lou and I have been married 4 years and together 6 (on the 19th) we welcomed our first baby in July of 2020 whom we named
Winnie-Grace, we spent a wonderful 19 months with her until she gained her angel wings in February 2022, valentines day in fact, so you may see forever our valentine pop up a few times👼🏼 then in October 2022 we welcomed our second baby into the world. Olly-John. Who is absolutely thriving. He is the reason we wanted to continue our venture into the world of baking and why we decided to change our name. We found our niche, COOKIE PIESSSSS🍪🍰 so only thought fitting.
But after the loss of our daughter we want to get sure we are there for every one of ollys milestones, take him out on adventures and always be there with him and spending as much time with him as possible, hence we have decided to no longer accept celebration cakes as they take up a lot of our time!
Louis is the cookie pie master, he is the hands behind the creations. Obviously with help from me of course!
Me, I do traybakes, cupcakes and the decorating of anything we have to do! 🍫
Our goal, is to eventually move into somewhere bigger that we can keep up with the mass of orders we do on a weekly basis, open ourselves up to doing more stalls and popups throughout the year & we would LOVEE a converted horse box to go all around in!🐴💗
