AHAFOMAN SECONDARY TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL EMERGES AS THE OVERALL WINNER OF THE STEMNOVATION CONTEST, IN GHANA ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY, 13/14.11.23. STEMNOVATION is the practical version of NSMQ introduced by the Minister of Education. Ahafoman Sec. Tech School located in the Ahafo regional capital, Goaso, has registered its name as indeed one of the best and first-class schools in Ghana. It is an undeniable fact in Ghana, all schools located in the regional capitals are assumed to be first or best-class schools. Ahafoman has proved that despite numerous challenges as a school located in the city of Goaso, they can do something to prove the statement" bright in the corner where you are" All SHS/TVET in Ghana put up entries. The school was crowned out of 760 entries with 116 schools selected from all the 16 regions in Ghana. 25 schools out of the 116 were selected for the grand finale which took place at Lagon, Accra Ghana, on Monday and Tuesday, 13/14.11.23. The school took home a Cash prize, A trip to Japan by the Minister and all the contestants, a laptop, a printer, a Science laboratory as well as many other awards.
