An order collected yesterday for a sticky toffee cake:- sticky toffee flavour running through the sponge, homemade sticky toffee sauce which also was mixed in the buttercream along with fudge pieces scattered around. Not long to wait now ! ….. a week today! I can’t wait to see my lovely customers again and meet new ones. I’m busy this week prepping and planning everything. I am planning on my usual cakes, biscuits , bronuts but also planning some new additions. Book this in your diary it really is a lovely and friendly event with some very talented local businesses. Plus IT’S ALL UNDER COVER so the rain doesn’t need to stop you going out ☺️

GIN AND TONIC LOAF CAKE - This is my popular gin & tonic loaf cake which I make using Sicilian Lemon Gin to give that zesty flavour along with the lime........ however on bank holiday Monday I bought (for research purpose only obvs!) some Elderflower Gin from a stall at Southwick Flower Show by Still Sisters ........ seriously guys if you have not done so already you sooooo need to try this.... and the salted caramel.... Watch this space for a new flavour Gin & Tonic cake using my new purchase

An order collected today for a Sticky Toffee cake for a Customer's husband's birthday. This is like no other........ dates chopped and blended along with all the other flavours you get in a sticky toffee cake within the sponge then a special hand made sticky toffee flavour sauce (which is also included within the buttercream), along with toffee chunks dotted around. And obviously as it is a birthday cake it is finished off with a gold shimmer. Now THIS is a type of birthday cake which is special as it is full of flavour

Am I the only one who’s just realised it was national burger day 🤦🏻‍♀️?! Oh well burgers tonight for tea instead it is then 😉. In the meantime thought it’s a appropriate to share my burger and chips cupcakes I have previously made for Mr Bob ‘N’ Buck’s birthday

This order was made and personalised as per the bride and groom's requirements right down to the colours. This really finished off the table for the bride, groom and guests giving that extra special personal touch.
