We are away on holiday during Weavers Market this month, but aiming to be back in September. Until then, have a fabulous time.

We were blessed with wonderful weather at Trowbridge Weavers Market. Someone commented that everyone seemed to know us, which was lovely to hear. Its a great feeling to inspire people to try vegan food and love it too.

We are away on hols in August so not sure if a delivery mid month might be on the cards.

Thank you to everyone that came to see us and gave us a try and to our returning customers, we are truly grateful for you all. We will continue to refine our recipes. Its probably one of the hardest things we've ever done, but totally worth it. Thank you to Lauren and Louise for all your hard work. High five!

✨Hi, Mulk here from PLANYA! We are back next week at Trowbridge Weavers Market and we are coming fully loaded!

Hoping to have the Onion Bhajis and Samosas cooked up early so they are ready if you fancy a mid-morning snack.

There was such a great response to our No Lamb Masala (with spinach) last month, we will definitely be bringing this back.

I really enjoyed meeting you if you stopped to try one of our free samples last month. This was the highlight for me (getting lots of compliments for my cooking, and why not?)

This month, the No Lamb Masala will be complemented with a brand new condiment: a refreshing Mint Chutney. We can (almost) guarantee you will not have tasted this combination before.

Our Roasted Cauliflower Masala is gluten and allergen free. Its what usually gets a lot of great comments as people walk by. Enjoy with plain rice or our signature special cumin rice.

And finally, we are also bringing back Masala Fries and Keema Fries.

Keema Fries are again another combination you will not have tasted anywhere else. Why? In addition to our special Keema recipe, we have a developed a unique Vegan Cheese sauce (with a hint of mustard) that is drizzled on top, together with bhaji onions, fresh coriander or even fresh mint chutney....decisions, decisions all layered on top of skin on fries.

Happy Monday! We have been inspired by all our recent conversations and feedback from you. And Louise has just . A new addition to our menu. Vegan Keema Samosas! I've snaffled up two already for my lunch. Don't they look great!

They are quite mild, and go well with our tamarind sauce or some hot sauce if you want a bit of heat.

We have two more ideas in the pipeline for the next market. Watch this space.

When I finally visited India in my teens I wondered what we would have for breakfast. After spending an extended stay of my entire summer holiday in the Punjab, I came back happy to eat a mild or not so mild lentil curry for breakfast with potato stuffed parathas. I am not for a minute advocating that we do this, but but I appreciate thinking about spicy food in the morning might be a stretch.
