This retro kitchen has been built by the owners late husband. She didn’t want to rip it out for sentimental reasons, but wanted it to look a bit more modern.
Stripped, prepared, primed and now spray finished in Little Greene co “French grey dark” with farrow & ball wimborne white” carcasses

Lots been going on the last month, so have plenty of work updates!
Starting with this kitchen… now finished in little Greene co “French grey mid” with new satin nickel handles.
We have also refurbished the table and chairs in Little Greene co “scree”

This media unit was built bespoke for my client. Sealed, primed and sprayed the colour of the kitchen the other side of the room.
Finally on Saturday it was built. Handles due today.

One of this weeks projects…… a metal bench and table.

Wire brushed, sanded, etch primed, primed and top coated the clients choice of Farrow & Ball “ Yeabridge Green” and Little Greene co “Stock”

All solid pine, dovetailed and can be purchased as is…. Or we can work our magic, prepare and spray a colour of your choice…

ITS FINALLY COMPLETE…..

A week later than I wanted, however even after de waxing and resurfacing the carcasses and 48 drawers and doors…. The residue from inside the timber after so many years, kept leaking through into the paint.
After 15 years, I’m still learning!
Now refitted with new antique brass hinges and handles, new catches…. And half my soul!!!
Cabinets finished in Farrow & Ball “Dropcloth”, mantelpiece and table legs in Farrow & Ball “Blue grey” and the entrance unit in Little Greene co “basalt”

This crowborough kitchen refurbishment was completed just before the new owners moved in.
When they purchased their new home, the only thing letting it down was the kitchen. After a consultation with us, colours and quartz top were chosen and as soon as they exchanged, we got the keys!
Stripped, sanded, primed and sprayed Farrow & Ball “Cornforth white” with the island in “Stiff key blue”
It was refitted with new satin nickel handles and finally the new quartz!

THIS WEEKS KITCHEN…….TO BE CONTINUED……………

This very old and very waxed pine kitchen really tested this week! All 48 doors and drawers removed, the carcasses wire wooled, hand and machine sanded before being industrial;y degreased.
The whole room and carcasses masked before priming….
The job will be completed this week………… it’s quite a transformation!
