This week our 200kW Temporary Boiler is heating a 120 bedroom care home in Tunbridge Wells while we undertake essential remedial works to their plant room. Providing heating and domestic hot water while their plant room is shut down. Powered by a Gas Oil fired, Viessmann Boiler of course!
Langton Green boiler cupboard -
A domestic installation we have just finished at Stonewalk Park Road in Langton Green.
As well as fitting a complete new plumbing system to the house, we have installed underfloor heating on the ground floor, separate heating zones on the first and second floor and a boosted mains water supply.
The boiler has a ten year warranty against defects and the cylinder has 25 years.
The customers are very happy with the finished product.
We have sized all the radiators to heat the house at a low flow temperature which increases the efficiency of the gas boiler. So the heating can run at 50 degrees and is fully weather compensation compatible.
The boiler is fitted on a four pipe configuration meaning it can provide high temperature water to the hot water cylinder to recover it quickly while maintaining low temperature flow to the heating when the demand is small.
