Another goosebumps review, I am so blessed ♥️♥️

I had never heard of Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) ever until it came to my workplace in December last year.

I had no clue on what it would help me with but when offered to me I thought I’m intrigued so why not give it a go.

If you have a gym membership, then cancel it and go for this instead as this is the best experience ever, I promise you that.

I did not realise nor notice how stressed out I was until this angel Joanne sorted me out. I was suffering, had no clue, and she has brought me back to life.

First session in December last year 2023. At the end of this I felt that I had just woke up out of the best sleep ever. I was so out of alignment and did not know. The stress of what others had done to me in my life had gone. I felt my face had woken up for the first time in decades. I broke down in tears because of the relief this session had gave me. Thank you for what you gave to me Joanne. I will be forever grateful. I curled up like a baby that night and had the best sleep, didn’t toss and turn as much because I couldn’t get comfy.

I had the privilege to see Joanne again in February at my workplace, approx. 3 months after my first session and when I walked into the room, she said immediately what a different person I was three months later. For those that think they are not worthy you dam well are. Joanne, you are worth your weight in gold.

This is a really good way of getting rid of any stress and soreness, stretches you out. You feel taller, you feel less pain, if you have any, and even no pain at all. Less stress, less pain and that really does aid with your sleep, health and well being.

If you get the chance to try this then give it a go for sure, you won’t regret it.

How's my day going?

I had a no show this morning!!!! Instant bad mood.

frustrating, as could have been helping someone else.

but decided to do a wee workout and meditate for 20 mins, feel great now and ready for my next client. (so turned out well)

I can't thank you enough for showing up, making the time to invest in yourself, KCR is a journey one appointment at a time. ♥️♥️

Hi Joanne OMG , I can’t believe the difference in my arm . I can actually move so much more freely, better than I have been able to do in over 6months. I’m a little tender at side where I was laughing in agony 🤣🤣but not to bad at all. You are a blooming miracle worker and cannot thank you enough for yesterday xx❤️

KCR UPDATE ... very happy client ..
I went to Joanne for kcr initially because I suffered from headaches. I found the treatment very pleasant, and actually quite relaxing. Joanne spoke me through the full session, letting me know what she was doing.She asked if I had any other ailments and we talked about them too. After my first session, my headaches reduced greatly, my posture had improved and my breathing was much better too. Also, I find that I am grinding my teeth less, who knew?? Can't quite believe the results using these simple yet very effective techniques! I have been back since, and have to report that after each session I have the best sleep ever! lol. Thanks so much Joanne! See you again soon.Joanne :) xx
