I am not normally one to post bathroom pictures as i find it can be our personal space 🥰

My client is fine for me to show these before and after pics of chaotic to organized bathroom space. The shelves were all over the place and another storage box was full of stuff. Organising the shelves and removing unused or unnecessary items meant the box could be reused elsewhere. 😊

What I did for this family was to create categories for each shelf. Everything is now easier to find. Tooth pics and spare electric toothbrushs were put into an empty jar that was recycled . It is not always necessary to go out and buy extra things. Learn to use our space properly. 🤓

Having a clean and tidy area where everything is accessible and easy to find can improve your overall productivity. You are less stressed and more concentrated without distractions from dust, dirt and clutter. This produces positive energy and allows you to perform other activities with more dedication and a relaxed mind.

How about starting a summer challenge of how many items you can recycle, sell, or dispose of?

People often go out and buy more storage which they don't always need. Think how you can organise your things. Hang things up and think how everything should have a place so you can create a free flowing space . I guarantee you will feel lighter and happier. 🥰

Here are some examples ✅

Garden toys 🪁 Have the kids out grown their stuff? Could these be passed on or sold? Have you got broken kites, bikes, skipping ropes, sand pits, etc?

Garden tools 🛠️🪛 How many spades and rakes do you own? Do you use them all? What about watering cans, seeds, etc 🌱

Camping gear? What is hanging around that is not getting used? 🎪

Sports stuff. ⚽️ Having had small children myself, I know I had every sport thing going in the garden!

Old paint 🖌️🎨 Are they out of date? 👀

Gardening pots. This is one that I see plenty of. Ask yourself whether you really need that many and how long have they been hanging around.

Gym equipment. 💪 do you have any old gym equipment from lockdown that serves no purpose any more?

Garden shed. Could it do with a clear out and a clean out?

2024 is a Leap year but Feb is still a short month. Think of items that no longer serve you and let's do 29 items in 29 days.
Donate to charity or the homeless, sell (try Vinted ❤️), or just get rid.
Decluttering is proven to reduce stress and anxiety and in giving away, you will be doing a good deed

Here are a few ideas:
🌟Sort out the sock draw. Most people have odd or unwanted socks 🧦

🌟Toys 🧩

🌟Kitchen cups cupboard 🍶🍜

🌟 Cutlery drawer. Do we really need 20 teaspoons or that extra masher?

🌟Books 📚📓📒

🌟Fridge. Get rid of unwanted or out of date sauces. You may be surprised how many are lurking in there! 🍶🥫🫙

🌟Spices. Which don't you use and which are out of date ? 🌿🪴

🌟Towels or bedding. Give unwanted items to the homeless. People who have dogs would appreciate towels 🛌

🌟Garages. Could it do with a good sort out or clear out? 🛠️🔧🪛🪚🗜️

🌟Baking cupboard When was the last time you used all those utensils, baking trays and all those ingredients? 🥣🥄
