What a miserable winter! ☔️ We’ve been extremely frustrated this winter with the excessive rainfall, soggy airfields and delays to maintenance. We’re so pleased to announce that as of next week, we’ll be taking bookings again for Tailwheel conversions, Farm Strip courses and much more! With lots of exciting things planned for the summer, including new strips and a new aircraft arriving, this summer has loads in store for our new and existing students. As we come into November, our thoughts start to turn towards Remembrance Day and considering those who have sacrificed for the sake of others.
The poppy we have placed on G-BDEY during this period is a symbol to acknowledge her past.
Built for the American military in 1943 she arrived in Belgium in early 1944 and remained there until the cessation of hostilities in 1945. A Bona Fide warbird.
