Building muscle takes time!
What have we been doing for Dennis to be in the best position to grow lean muscle tissue;
- keep macros consistent and in a calorie surplus enough to aid muscle growth but not to add too much excess body fat.
- keeping a good daily cardio routine & step output(but why cardio if I’m a calorie surplus) cardio is something year round if you are serious. In this phase it’s only for 20min in the morning & step count to help aid digestion. Eat high calorie and sit around = feeling lethargic!
- TRAINING FU***NG HARD! Can’t put this any other way I’m afraid. Following my same basic belief when I comes to weight training.

Before working with Andy, he was a keen rugby forward built for purpose and loved the adrenaline & drive of being on the pitch.
Whe Andy first approached me he was looking for something that could give him that same drive and excitement. taking his love for rugby and applying it to the gym and training world was the key.
From here Andy decided he wanted to get in the best shape of his life and possibly even compete on stage. Something that takes a lot of confidence & determination.
Having completed two successful prep with Andy I’m am most proud that he now sustains his current after look here (a few pounds above stage weight) keeping his new found confidence and maintaining a better relationship and understanding of food and nutrition quality.

As you can see he was already in great shape before we began the prep, but getting show ready is another level all together (I know not the goal for everyone)
We manipulated Olly food as the process went along focusing on the training window and kept to my fundamentals of training that I believe in and have stood the test of time; not just with everyone I work with but millions before me.
Did Olly have any tough days? ABSO-FU***NG-LUTELY. But keeping in his ear and being there to help prepare him for these and what to expect moving forward was key.
