Half the customers who requested an Avon book didn’t need to order anything.
This is costing fuel & time to drive the books to you all along with Avons fuel charge & the cost of the books.
I’m thinking going forward if a new customer wants to have a look at a Avon book it will be a digital one, just for that one campaign. Then going forward the second campaign in I can add them into my book route.
