Our groom asked us to set up an Italian style picnic in the spot he proposed to his fiancée as a final date before heading to Italy for their big day. How romantic is that?! 🥹
He went for our LA DOLCE VITA theme in one of our new ‘Skylight’ bell tents. 💙💛🤍🩷

HENS WEEKEND IDEA!
Our bride-to-be’s friends arranged a weekend in the countryside on the outskirts of London. They stayed at a friend’s house and hired us to supply tents for accommodation for an additional 8 people, a beautiful picnic setting under an open marquee for the welcoming dinner on the Friday night, our drinks package, twilight evening lights package, and a balloon arch with a fresh flower display. We also arranged for our private chef to serve a 3-course Michelin style meal.
They traveled into London on the Saturday for a drag brunch followed by Magic Mike and drinks in the evening before heading back to their base camp to spend all day Sunday chillaxing. We popped back on the Sunday to supply dining chairs, change the height of the tables and restyle for a leisurely Sunday brunch.
All in (excluding the Saturday London trip and additional food and drink) it cost 20 people £192 per person. This included 2 x bell tents fully decorated with beds, 1 x Emperor tent fully decorated with 4 beds, a luxury picnic setting (low tables, floor cushions, scatter cushions, large rugs, cutlery, charger plates, crockery, Champagne glasses, wine glasses and tumblers, water jugs, faux flowers on the table as well as a garland hanging from the marquee above the table, candles and candle holders, table runner, fabric napkins, a blanket for each guest, props placed around dining area, set up, take down, clean up and washing up) styling, a 4x8 meter marquee, our 3 large crystal cut drinks dispensers, the balloon arch with fresh flower display, our Twilight lights package with festoon lights, fairy lights and lanterns, resetting the table and adding chairs for the Sunday brunch, transport and our private chef!
That sounds like a dreamy weekend to us!

‘Make It Your Own’ add-on suggestions: As pictured, our bell tents are a great option for creating an intimate hideaway in your garden. Add our Starlight package, which includes fairy lights, festoon lights, and lanterns to extend the magic into the evening.
All pre-designed themes include tables and chairs/floor cushions. Tables can be set up inside or outside, and have the option of standard height tables with chairs or picnic height tables with rugs and floor cushions. Our tablescapes can also be set up on your own/venues tables with chairs, entitling you to a discount off the pre-designed tablescape cost.

Today’s featured pre-designed tablescape.
A form of garden party for fashionable folk, fête Champêtre was practised by the French Court in the gardens of Versailles. Don’t be fooled by it’s name though, this table setting works just as well inside as out. This rustic, chic theme with a focus on white, cornflower blue and neutrals, spotlights our Royal Worcester ‘Azure’ starter plates, cut crystal style glassware with the option of champagne flutes or coupe glasses, Faux French Hydrangea’s, white roses, and purple salvias. Perfect for a springtime soiree or summer picnic. Set up as a luxury picnic as shown, or on our full height tables with chairs.
Balmy nights with starry skies are no guarantee in the lush British climate, but what better way to embrace good old Blighty’s brisk evenings than creating a cosy garden snug with a real wood fire? Perfect if you wish your gathering to continue well into the early hours of the morning.

We feel offering cute and cosy wet weather options for our picnic parties and outdoor dinners is important to our U.K. based business. If you don’t have a wet weather backup (usually a cleared out garage, conservatory, a local community hall or just a room in your home), then why not hire one of our tents when you book with us?
The great thing about this add-on is that it gives you flexibility, meaning you can decide on the day if you want your party set up inside the tent, or outside, using the tent as an additional social space or chill-out nook.

We have new tents!
Our new Emperor “Skylight” tent could be a charming, practical, and striking addition to your garden gathering.
Tents can be the social heart of the party, an intimate hideaway or simply a shelter from the changeable British weather. We will decorate the tent to create an enchanting and welcoming space. A fully enclosed refuge from the wet weather outside, or a ‘floating’ tent to allow the breeze to circulate on hot days, these tents are versatile enough to be used whatever the season. We can set up our full height tables and chairs inside for 12 guests, our picnic tables for around 14 guests, or you can simply use this area as a chill-out nook. Whatever your desired use, we will ensure the tent is a stunning addition to your special event.

BOHEMIENNE LUMIÈRE
Our pre-designed ‘light boho’ tablescape with a few tweaks to fit our Mother-to-be’s wishes.
Teddybear picnic themed baby shower!
Our clients chose our pre-designed BOHEMIENNE LUMIÈRE (Light Boho) theme with an optional balloon and dried flower installation add-on. Our Peacock chair completed the look and created the perfect photo backdrop for the parents-to-be and all their friends and family.
Continuing on from yesterday’s BOHEMIENNE LUMIÈRE tablescape theme, we thought we’d give an example of how we can tweak one of our pre-designed themes to suit your celebration.
Our clients wanted their baby shower to have a subtle teddy bear theme, using burnt oranges and browns but still keeping things light and boho. We swapped out the dusty pink table runners for burnt orange and added some burnt orange and brown vases on our full height tables with chairs. Add-ons included a balloon and dried flower installation around our beautiful Peacock chair (pics to follow later today), and our macrame boho chandeliers.

Today’s pre-designed tablescape theme is BOHEMIENNE LUMIÈRE. Light Boho.
Our “Light Boho” theme - similar to our Earthy Bohemienne, but with softer, lighter colours - is all about simplicity and perfect for a boho micro wedding or Hen/Sten festival weekend. Rattan placemats, pampas grass and dried/faux flowers in clay pots or burnt orange vases, with simple white plates. Fine crystal glassware (interchangeable for realistic crystal-cut style plastic glassware should you prefer), gold cutlery and brass candle sticks add a touch of elegance.

Beauty, good music, food, and love. This enticing Amalfi Coast inspired theme features citrus lemon yellows complimented by vivid Bougainvillea, (shown here with a table frame add on), and luxurious deep blues and gold. Our elegant Royal Worcester ‘Howard’ plates, gold cutlery, and fine crystal glassware add quality to this theme.
This theme can be set up as a luxury picnic (low tables, rugs and floor cushions included as shown), on our full height dinner tables and chairs, or on your venues tables.
