We'll be starting with a 45min talk by registered nutritionist Natasha Evans. She'll be talking through diet and lifestyle through the Winter season.

You'll leave feeling empowered to make some healthy changes to your lifestyle in 2024.

Delicious and healthy homemade refined sugar-free snacks will be available throughout the day.

🧘‍♀️ YOGA 🧘‍♀️

Then we have yoga with the amazing Ruth McNeil.

The emphasis will be on nurturing the nervous system with mindful movement, soothing somatic practices, a carefully sequenced series of restful Yin poses, and harmonizing breathing techniques.

This will leave you with a sense of renewal, clarity and well-being for the New Year.

Then last but not least I'll be ending this beautiful retreat with an Alchemy Sound Bath.

You'll be immersed in these gorgeous crystalline frequencies emanating from the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, allowing your body to enter a deep state of relaxation.

These subtle yet powerful vibrational tones will be working on a deep cellular level in helping to bring any disharmony within oneself to a more harmonized state of being.

All of this will be happening in a warm cosy yurt with a log fire 🔥in Surrey.

If the weather is dry we will also be lighting an outdoor fire with a little ceremony around the fire with toasted marshmallows and sparklers.
