SQUAT WITH STEPH IS MAKING A COMEBACK!
Most of you are probably a member of this page because you used to join my Class-Ify online group fitness workouts or were coached 1-2-1 by me through the Class-Ify platform. I hope you all have fond memories of training together back in 2020/2021 and feel that my classes or coaching helped you feel great during the times we worked together :)
After 2 years of focussing on teaching classes in studios, working my 9-5 corporate job, and competing in bodybuilding, I've taken a step back from the online fitness space, but my passion for helping people develop a lifestyle they love has never changed.
After much procrastination and planning, I'm excited to announce that I will be offering 1-2-1 online fitness and lifestyle coaching again - with a limited number of spaces for new clients opening up from now. I've realised that helping people improve their health isn't really possible with a 45 minute class or quick workout on the gym floor. It needs to be a holistic effort and I feel that coaching online provides the best platform to make a positive impact on every aspect of your fitness. From stress management and sleep, to meal timings and hormone health - I want to be able to support you with it all.
Squat With Steph was always about giving you the energy, support and guidance you needed to be your strongest, healthiest self and that is the ethos I am taking into this new offering. Working with me as your Online Coach will give you everything you need to thrive - providing the tools to transform your workouts, mindset and nutrition in a sustainable way that feels right for you.
The program includes a bespoke workout plan, full nutritional guidance based on your preferences (whether that's a structured meal plan or a more flexible approach), weekly check-ins, exercise technique analysis and SO much more. I'll be your personal cheerleader as you tackle your health & fitness goals, giving you the boost of energy you need to get from where you are now to where you'd like to be!
