Wellbeing to me is a mixture of things. Nutrition, rest, hydration, exercise and more. Often enough when I train new clients I find they start at nothing into adding exercise first into new well-being regime. Putting more strain and stress into a body that often needs gentle reset.

First of all screening to ensure your ready for your journey followed by a 121 zoom meeting to discuss your needs, goals and lifestyle including food intolerances.
I will then send you a personalised plan that fits you and your calorie needs taking into account what vitamins and minerals you need.
Following this you will receive 4 weeks of contact with me to keep you on track via nutrium ( this is a app that I will send your bespoke meal plan on) you track your progress here. You will weigh in weekly and at the start take your measurements, photos to track your progress.
A final zoom meeting 4 weeks into your journey which we will discuss the best way forward. You will take your measurements again and progress pics ๐
Clients will then have the option to go their own way, continue on to another 4 week plan where I adapt meal plan if needed and follow up in another 4 weeks. The cost of this will again be discounted to those who take up the launching offer at ยฃ40 per month.
Please note exercise plans can be added to this plan if you need guidance through both.
