New sample kiosk base with ducts for sample line, power and new gully for Waste Water with a new kiosk, sink and electrics.

Some security doors to replace old rotten wooden doors. I set of double doors and 1 fire exit door..

A small ceiling repair after being damaged by a leaky roof. . Leak free and back to normal..

A quick scrap up of topsoil and vegitation ready for muckaway to reveal a lay by that had been covered up for years so a new tanker point recently installed can be used safely.

Another extra added to our ongoing Whitstable Project. Some new front upvc windows and disabled access Anthracite front door with aluminium ramp and white frame to match roller shutter door recently fitted. Still some new cladding around one of the windows to do and new facia to garage then another new french door to replace the rear window to the garden.. thanks to Clarity Windows for supplying windows and doors

Over site ready for inspection tomorrow at our Sandwich Project with concete booked for Friday so phase 1 nearly completed until the spring for the timber frame external walls to go up with cold roof and sky lights. Single skin below dpc due to timber frame not requiring cavity block work.

Fireplace ripped out and opened up the opening with a new lintel, cement board and Honed Granite Hearth from ready for a nice new Portland Arundal XL Multi Fuel log burner and flue installed by .installations_stoves.

Today we started an Equestian Construction project at Quex Park in association with Quex Liverys at their 3 mile Equestrian Cross Country Course. We started in the woods with uncovering and upgrading this Drop jump and a couple of small tree jumps. Still lots to do to and a project in progress for the next few months so it can be hired out and state events.

Another driveway started today in Ramsgate, phase 1 is to reduce ground to level and install compacted crushed concrete to form required levels for drive and sloped path as well as footings for retaining walls. Quite a ground reduction to do on this one. Many layers of previous paving broken out. Watch this space for updates. Making a start of the first phase of an extension in Sandwich. This was built 25 years ago not up to scratch with building regs.. First phase is demolition, footings, over site and insulated floor with a new fence line to boundary line as well as moving the current water main stop c**k location and we will return in the spring to erect timber frame, flat roof as well as a reconfigure internally with steels in and walls down, electrics and plumbing.

A little Saturday job for a long time customer aka my mum lol. Fencing and gates have been in for approx 30 years for a good innings. New 4ft close board gate and concrete posts making it more secure for my mums dog. Thanks to stylecast for supplying materials.

Steels finally in today on this glass dormer roof adjustments after delays due to the fine British weather recently.. fingers crossed weather will allow us to fit the roof joists, GRP flat roof then weather proof unit glass arrives and installed..

Our Whitstable extension has come to an end, we'll phase 1 anyway. Phase 2 is new upvc windows and doors and replacing a window with a set of disabled access french doors..

Kitchen fitted to one of our current extension projects in Whitstable. Grey wood effect with solid Oak worktops, intergrsred appliances and wine fridge. This was extra to our original scope of works and the customer can now decorate. Turned out nice I think.

New mews development utility, drainage and paving package underway. 50m utility trench for new water mains, gas mains and electric ducts. 50m block paved footpath with new cycle parking area. New drainage, manholes and sewer connections.

Part 2. Westwood industrial estate

Part 1. Fire corridor with new window opens now completed. Plasterers in and new aluminium doors to each unit in.

A 6.5m x 9m concrete slab our team poured today for a log cabin workshop to be erected in Sandwich. Thanks to MMM Concrete and concrete pump for making 9.5m3 easy to install and for hire of petrol tamp.

Wet room at our Whitstable extension project, wall moved to make bigger, tiling completed with 900mm x 900mm wall and floor tiles with mosaic tile feature wall. Linear drainage waste installed. Now ready for second fix plumbing and electrics to be carried out will look great once completed.
