Tomorrow is our first day of opening to the ‘new normal’ and we look forward to welcoming clients new and existing!

We are nervous and excited to get back - adult conversation- what is that?! 😂

Please don’t enter the building without your therapist/tech- we have no waiting area due to follow Covid protocol, we will meet you at the door as normal or collect you from your car when we are ready
Please make sure you allow enough time for your appointment - we won’t be rushing any client and as it’s been so long since we have seen you we may take a little longer!
No children or people to accompany to appointments unless they are having hair cuts/treatments themselves at the same time.
Lastly, as before we still have a one way system to make sure there’s no congestion in the salon -your tech/therapist will guide you to the exit 🙂

To those who have appointments booked, please check your emails to double check that the time and date of your appointment is correct.

Now to the important bits;

❗️SKIN TESTS & THE COVID VACCINE❗️
For anyone who has had the covid vaccine, you will need a skin test prior to your appointment. This only applies to you if you have a tint applied to the scalp.
If you are due to have the covid vaccine, the advice is to make sure that any colour appointments are two weeks clear of this. Again this only applies to clients who have a tint applied directly to the scalp.

❗️BLONDES❗️
As I've already said to a few of you- STOP using that purple shampoo.
Although it helps maintain your blonde between appointments, over use can cause a build up leaving the hair dull (maybe slightly stained a purply grey). Which makes it incredibly difficult to get a clean blended colour throughout.

❗️WASH YOUR HAIR❗️
If you are having a colour service, please don't come to your appointment with dirty hair. The saying about dirty hair is a myth, the oils will act as a barrier.

❗️BOOK IN ADVANCE❗️
I highly recommend booking your next appointment now- especially if you have a special date coming up. As I only work the 2 days appointments go very quick.

Finally, same rules apply as before;

➡️ Please come to your appointment alone
➡️ No walk ins- appointments only
➡️ Please wait in your car and I will call you in when I am ready (this is to minimise the amount of people in the salon at once)
➡️ Hands to be washed when entering
➡️ Mask
➡️ One way system in place and floor markings to help maintain social distancing.
➡️ If you are feeling ill, have a high temp or any other symptoms please DO NOT attend your appointment.
