Challenge 112 - Mental Health & Su***de Awareness CHALLENGE 112 in support of those affected by mental health & su***de and to promote the benefits of sport for positive mental health.

Welcome to Snack-Box a FREE 6 week program for ages 5 to 13!! 🤩

Head down and let your little one join in the Kronik Warrior fun as we learn about nutrition, inclusion fitness and adaptive boxing! 🥊

Each week we’ll be exploring the world of healthy eating, trying our hand at some fitness and adaptive boxing, plus a whole host of other fun activities (there may even be a giant connect 4 😉).

With an immense amount of effort by all three of our Directors, CHALLENGE 112 is complete! 💪

Luiz - 112 km on the wheelchair treadmill ✅

What a week it’s been, there’s been pain, sweat (sooooo much sweat), even a few tears, but each challenger has given 110%, pushed through their pain and smashed their targets, with not one injury in sight (which is down to all of our Kronik Warrior sessions 👌), all for a fantastic cause!

Thank you to everyone who came down to gym to cheer Luiz and Martin, on for their final push to 112, with special mention to and his wife who are firmly in our corner, always!! 💫🫶

On Wednesday 6th September, Chris completed 112, 2 minute wheelchair boxing rounds at in just over 6.5 hours! 🤩

All proceeds raised from the challenge will go towards the purchase of adaptive equipment and sensory play items to allow them to continue the delivery of their adaptive boxing and activities.

Well done Chris and thank you again Our Co. for your generosity. 🥰

Martin changed up his training last night and went on a 17 mile bike ride! He only got his bike 2 weeks ago, and before that he hadn’t cycled in over a decade!

Martin has collapsed arches in his feet and arthritis in his knees, making any leg powered exercise difficult and painful. As a boxer & mentor, he is much more confident boxing in a wheelchair as the footwork is particularly challenging for him. He hopes that through the training and the overall challenge, he will start to build up the muscles and strengthen the ligaments to support his knees and soften the scar tissue in his feet to allow him to box from a standing position more comfortably in the future.
