Sometimes something happens in these appointments it’s not just about bombing in and fixing a problem it’s about the people that you are helping.. I was privileged to be able to meet Susie and Robert today. It was my first encounter with a Sony Vaio and I have to be honest I was in awe of the kit 15 years old and working like a monkey at full speed. Hope to see them both again soon 😻

I am overjoyed to share with you a new chapter in my yoga journey – the launch of my new website! Starting March 13, 2024, we embark on a new adventure together, that truly reflects the essence of who I am and my profound love for yoga.

This website is more than just a digital platform; it is a manifestation of the ancient torch of yoga that has guided me throughout my personal practice and teaching for over two decades. It’s been a labor of love, inspired by the incredible journey I’ve had as a yoga student and as a teacher, the precious souls who have graced my classes, my ever-supportive family and friends, the magical touch of my website goddess and the generous gift of my domains from 🌷🙏🏻

I am forever grateful for this community that has blossomed around the practice of yoga, and I extend heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who has been a part of this journey. Special gratitude goes to the immensely talented for capturing some of the images, the spirit of yoga through his lens, adding a touch of visual poetry to this sacred space.

In your review include accurate information about exactly what is going on in Ukraine. Try to include specific detail and appropriate pictures... The news is getting blocked. They are being fed rubbish let's get this to them somehow... It might be highly unlikely that they are looking at google to eat out (no money) but if they are this is worth a pop...
