Being in Group 6 of priority groups to be vaccinated for Covid-19, I prepared by having good sleep and plenty of Ningxia. I brought Tranquil to relieve me from anxiousness and Panaway to help me get by possible pain.

The vitaflex of our arms and shoulders are on the sides of our palms. I didn’t want to put anything in the area where I had the vaccine so I thought it is best to apply on the mentioned points. I oiled up neat 2 drops before and 2 drops after.

It has been 12 hours since I had the first dose of the Astrazeneca/Oxford vaccine and the only side effect is fatigue. I am not the type who sleeps easily but I found myself being nudged a couple of times by Macy and Manuel telling me to go upstairs and rest properly.

I pray for the best of health and protection to all. 🙏🏽
