Hi everyone,
I hope you are all safe and well?
I’m writing to let you know that I’ve made the decision to take an extended break from our live Monday classes. Some of you will know that on the first day of lock down on 23 March, we lost my Grandmother to Covid-19. That was the very same day of our first Monday yoga class. My family asked me not to teach that day, but I had made a commitment to you and I couldn’t let you down.
For many weeks our classes were a source of strength, release and positivity for me, as we all struggled through life in the pandemic. More recently, I have started to experience crippling nerves before going live and no longer look forward to doing the thing I love. So, I’ll take some time to rest and hopefully to fall back in love with teaching and practicing yoga again. I know that will happen.
Thank you all so much for joining me each week. I hope to come back to you soon with a renewed energy.
Be kind to yourselves.
All my love, Stacey x
