Heres some recent work we have carried out featuring a lot of LVT, including installed in Herringbone. As well as a lot of illustra fitted adhesive free at a mental health facility in Ramsgate for an ongoing full hospital refurbishment project we have running.

Hall, Lounge & Kitchen Diner complete in Sierra - European Oak (Small Parquet)✅

With a 2 plank perimeter border & Black, Gold, Black 3mm feature strip.

2x Recently complete Kitchen/Diners in Camaro Herringbone jobs✅.

- 1st consisted of a 2 plank perimeter border but not around the island & Kitchen. (Waterside Oak Large Parquet)

- 2nd job was Herringbone through out. (Naked Blonde Oak Large parquet)

- 4x Newly refurbished flats & communal areas recently completed in Margate✅

- Uplift of 1st floor cork tiles, full prime & latex through out the 280sqm2 building.

- Herringbone LVT fitted in the whole building. With each flat setting off in a different direction to the cummunal areas.

- Stairs fitted with LVT & Gradus nosings.

(All cut’s are fitted net to skirtings, but the builders like to silicone)

I did try & post a reel of the whole project from start to finish but it keeps getting taken down🤷

- Marmoleum Fresco Silver Shadow with weld to match.

- Rennovation 3240 with the latex & primer.

- F54 for adhesive

- Spacia ‘Traditional Oak’ complete last week, 36’x4’ in Herringbone

- F78 used on the new screed.

- F77 used for the DPM on the existing.

- Stopgap 1200 for the latex including 3mm aggregate for the new & existing subfloor areas becoming one. Covering a height difference of up to 40mm in some areas.

- We currently still have a bit of space in December🫡

Karndean Designflooring UK Opus ‘Weathered Elm’ complete on the diagonal this week in Broadstairs🏠.

Lots of prep involved in this job as the existing area’s have been made to run through as one with previously different levels in the subfloor. Also a resin DPM was applied as moisture levels in the subfloor were reading high.

All materials for prep using F Ball and Co Ltd products including F77 DPM.

Adhesive used - Karndean High temp.

Can’t wait to see the end result once the skirting & kick boards are on🔥

- Lime washed oak kp99 in herringbone through out the hall transitioning into straight lay in a lounge and dining room completed this week for some lovely customers.

- Sisal runner also fitted on the stairs.

- All prep using 6mm plyboard with Mapei UK Ltd 3mm over the top to get the perfect subfloor.

All products used for the prep.

Kitchen, entrance hall and WC complete this week in St Nicholas✅

TLC Massimo Invent Parquet with a 2 Tile border and 3mm white feature strip.

Mapei UK Ltd rennovation 3240 for all the floor prep.

F48+ adhesive used.

Plinths just need putting on now. Nice little curved border feature round the wine cooler and curved units finished it off.

💣 TLC Massimo Parquet blushed oak to this hallway complete this week with a 2 plank brick border.

- Abingdon Stainfree Ultra on the stairs and landing.

- Floor primed and latex’d with using F Ball and Co Ltd Stopgap 1200.

- Customer didn’t want to make to much of a feature around the bullnose so just dropped it back a plank and curved the border.

- Carpet on the bullnose was also sewn.

Little feature added on the step thats going to be a pedicure station ,just needs the uprights and skirtings added before finishing it off✅

Van Gogh VG5-7 Burnt Ginger in this lounge in Ramsgate.

✅ prep’d using 6mm ply and feather edged using F Ball and Co Ltd Micro Rapid.

✅ Laid Herringbone ‘ships decking’. With a 3mm feature strip inbetween each plank. Colour of strip ‘Ebony’.

✅ Perimeter 1 plank border with a 5mm feature strip (Again Ebony). This was laid in brick block fashion around the perimeter as oppose to mitre (customers preference)

Another Herringbone complete this week in Ramsgate✅

Luvanto Priory Oak with a 2 plank brick border, floor was prep’d on 6mm ply and feather edged throughout with F Ball and Co Ltd Micro Rapid and 48+ Adhesive.

Laid herringbone with a 2 plank brick border and back filled in unit area’s and where a cupboard is going to be built in the hall ✅

There was 2 day’s of subfloor prep on this job as some area’s of the floor needing building up over 20mm.

Flood prep done with Mapei UK Ltd Ultraplan Renovation✅

Uplift, full prep inc Prime/Latex and Karndean Designflooring Opus laid straight throughout the flat. In the bathroom ,3mm Feature strip, 4inch border and laid Diagonal ✅

The before picture’s are from when we first arrived to look at the job before any preparation work had been carried out. Since then we had 2 visit’s for prep work before beginning fitting at the beginning of this week✅

Half the subfloor prepared on 6mm ply, feather edged with F Ball and Co Ltd Micro Rapid, other half latexed with the Ardex NA✅

✅ Floor board’s all re-screwed down prior to installation and LVT stuck with F58 Plus.
