W Project recently completed the renovations and refit of our Factory and Office Toilets and Canteens.

This was a major project which required a company with proven history of managing complex timelines in a working factory. RW Projects demonstrated their skills and management with a final completion of the project with the timeline and to outstanding levels. Southco prides itself on high quality products and required the same in the delivery of this project.

RW Projects helped us through the design and then the final material selections making our lives much easier. Once we agreed the specification and signed the contract the works began with the site team arriving at Southco and managing from start to finish.

Paul Krekelaar and his team ensured the site was safe and all communications of the stages were shared in advance to allow a rolling closure without disrupting the daily function of the business.

The impressive part of this project was the ability to maintain the timeline during the Covid restrictions, they handled all the impact of materials and workforce disruption and ensured this did not affect Southco or create un-acceptable delays. This really showed their commitment and experience, and we were grateful for that.

Paul and his team, led by Charlie Clark were always onsite co-ordinating and communicating to ensure that each stage was reviewed and signed off before handing back to Southco.

I would recommend RW Projects be considered if you are looking for team to deliver above expectations, as internal project co-ordinator removed so much of the stress and daily oversight.
