Early Morning Drone Flight.
Video taken as part of an ongoing investigation into flooded land adjacent to a river. The idea is to capture this area at different times throughout the year, and compare water and flood levels.

Overview of a recent flat roof inspection. The client was concerned about damp from the roof as well as a high incidence of water ingress along a wall. This second issues was found to be a product of poorly secured asphalt alongside the adjacent garage block, which was allowing rain to access the brickwork. Pooling water on the flat roof was found to be the source of damp in another of the flats. A full video inspection was also carried out on the skylight features.
