Allow me to be very clear about something...
Nobody feels motivated all the time.
Absolutely nobody ๐
..and anyone who tries to convince you otherwise is full of shยกt.
Having the expectation that you should always be in a motivated and high-energy mood is unrealistic and quite truthfully ridiculous.
We all have days where we feel like shยกt.
We all have days where we don't want to do the work.
So, quit making "motivation" the primary objective for hitting your training.
Make building a routine, effort, and turning up your objective ๐
How much more motivated will you be once you've made progress or hit your goal...
Vs trading it for what's "easier" and will make you "happy" in the short term?
For me the answer is infinitely more ๐บ
If you want a life of amazing experiences and a sense of achievement...
It comes at a price.
That price is years of discomfort...
Years of struggle...
..and years turning up even when you aren't motivated, to earn natural determination and amazing achievements later down the road.
The choice is yours.
You can sit on your ass...
Do what will make you "happy" and comfortable now...
..and live in a constant state of disappointment with yourself.
Or...
You can turn up today, tomorrow, and the next day for a far more happy, stronger and resilient person in the future.
It's one or the other.
Never both.

6am 24th August -> 6am 26th August
(August Bank Holiday)
In tribute to Deborah Berry, mum, who we lost 6 years ago to MND a truly awful and cruel disease. This is a fundraising event to raise money for MND (Motor Neurone Disease), which is a nuero-degenerative disorder affecting one in six people.
A positive in which Chris mother left behind was to never be scared to do anything.
We have taken these words and registered it as our team name on the MND fundraising page ยฎ๏ธ
So with that.....Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike, Snowden, in that order.
ALL IN JUST 24 HOURS.
This means we are climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales with no stopping, no sleep, and limited equipment.
This is going to be a non-stop stomp up and down the highest summits of the UK with a total ascent of 3064 metres (10,052 feet).
If anyone wants to jump in on this fundraiser, either the entire challenge or a single peak , drop me a message for more information (own transport and kit will be needed)
If you want to join us on a single summit, we will be hitting;
-Ben Nevis at 6 am
-Scarfell Pike at 5pm
-Snowdon at 2am
Happy 8th Birthday ๐๐ฅณ

Female Supplementation โฅ๏ธ๐งฌ๐ค
Goal: Building muscle / Fat loss / Performance
Supplementation can sometimes be a minefield of information... so it's important to understand exactly when to add supps into your program.
But before you do
#1: Make sure your nutrition is on point before considering adding any supplements. You should aim to get the majority of what your body needs from the food you eat.
#2: Make sure you have a consistent training schedule that compliments your goals
Now we can get into supplements because a supplement is not a magic potion. They are there to compliment your existing habits and routines.
Here are my top 3 gold standards to compliment a solid training and nutrition program, which I use dependant on my goal....
Building Muscle
- Creatine (between 3-5g daily depending on bodyweight)
- Lean Whey Protein
- Omega 3/6/9
- Joint Support; either an all in one or glucosamine
Fat Loss
- EAA (essential amino acids)
- Multivitamin and mineral
- Pre-workout or caffeine (prior to training)
- Lean Whey Protein Power
Performance
- Collagen (min 15g of marine collagen type | and ||| my favourite is by )
- Ashwaganda (KSM-66, 1 x 500mg daily)
- Lean Whey Protein Powder
- Caffeine
- Creatine (between 3-5g daily depending on bodyweight)
Also; in the darker months, I would consider taking a vitamin D supplement if you aren't exposed to much sunlight.
Drop me a line if you're struggling to navigate your supps.
Hope this helps you gals ๐ค

Life CAN and WILL get tough...
The same as it has for me over the last week.
And yes; you know it. It always happens when you're already feeling weakened and defeated.
Which makes it all the more reason to fight back!
Fight back with the habits you know don't let you down.
Your training. Nutrition. Water. Sleep.
These are all in your control.
Mental Toughness = The ability to absorb pain and hold it together.
Back yourself ๐
You don't know it yet....but the best version of you is yet to come ๐คโ๏ธ you haven't hit your peak yet.
If you know, you know ๐ซถ
Reflection is just as important as the experience..๐ค๐
Running a marathon is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I have ever had - on so many levels! Marathon pain is a pain unlike anything i have felt before, so damn unique. I wanted to fully experience it; hence, no headphones to distract me ๐งโ๏ธ
The journey of 26.2 miles was not just a test of endurance but a mental battle too. Every part of my body was screaming....NOPE!
The first few miles were fuelled by adrenaline and excitement to be there. Around mile 8, I found my steady rhythm where my breathing and stride synced perfectly, and the miles seemed to pass almost effortlessly. But this was when the first signs of fatigue began to set in, my legs felt heavier, and I was aware of some aches and discomfort in my knees and hips.
By the time I hit the halfway point, the initial euphoria had worn off. I was now in unknown territory, having never run this far in my life! Each step demanded more effort, and I had to continually focus on maintaining my form and pace.
Mile 18. Every muscle in my legs felt tight are sore. My feet were aching with every step, and the battle against the urge to stop or push on was all I could focus on.
From this point, my marathon was not a run.
It became a mental marathon.
Pain was radiating from my joints, my legs were abused, and felt like my muscle bellies were ripped open. Glycogen stores in my muscles were depleted, and my stomach was rebelling against energy gels. My teeth clenched. My eyes kept filling up. I had to relax my body from tensing; an automatic response to pain to spare energy.
Mile 25, the finish line was close and tunnel vision began. Relief and excitement that i could finish took took over. This gave me a surge of energy for the final push to cross the finush line.
The pain was intense and ever-present, but the reward from knowing I pushed through and achieved something extraordinary to me made every strudel worth it.
Feeling my own legs take me the distance, was a crazy experience to feel. That good, I've set my two sons a mission to complete a marathon at some point in their lifetime too. ๐งฌ๐ค
Ran the distance ๐๐ค๐ค
Turn up, head down, and pace it out.
My first ever marathon, prepared for in just 10 days. I wanted to feel what running a distance like this felt like...
My intention was to run the entire 26.2 miles and cross the finsh line. Which I done! I completed the entrire marathon in sub 5 hours ๐ 4hours 47min.
The word MARATHON had an entirely different meaning now! Mile 18, you almost had me, each step hurt, and my jaw was chattering! But I had mental tools to help me continue and push through, 1 mile at a time up to 25. Then, the final push to the finsh line. What a journey!
With some PB jelly sandwiches and cuddles wainting for me at the finsh line from my partner in crime ๐ซถ
Huge thanks to for your first message when I told you my plans....
"Tyler, you are a lunatic. This is not a good idea, but I know you can do this considering your training background. " Mr George Goggins, you were right! And that green light was the go-ahead to make this happen along with your tips and experience within endurance running ๐ซก
WHAT......An amazing experience!!!
Chapter 8 : Mental Alchemy โ๏ธ๐ค๐
In this chapter of my book, I speak and explain those quiet moments of our lives - not the external challenges - but the invisible barriers of self-imposed limitations.
You know the ones; born from doubt and fear.
These are the only things truly standing in your way.
Your mind gives up way before your body does.
I can't wait to unhinge my mindset to see if I can run a marathon in less than 10 days of preparation this Sunday โ๏ธ I'm coming for you wall!

Another day in paradise with my partner in crime ๐ค
Love this action shot from our 10k stomp at the other weekend. Can't beat a day out of the ordinary ๐
Most people have big goals and aspirations in life ๐ค
But when you ask them about the specifics of their goals and dreams...
They don't have an answer for you โฆ because they've never taken the time to establish the exact details about what it is they want to accomplish.
They'll say s**t like, "I want to look good naked,"
Or...
"I want to be more confident"
Or...
"I want to be a competitive athlete..."
But the reality is - If these people were actually serious about achieving their goals...
They would paint a highly vivid and detailed picture about exactly what they plan to accomplish.
Vague goals will get you nowhere because they can't be measured.
Vague goals canโt be reverse-engineered and broken down into daily actionable items for you to execute against.
You canโt get somewhere you havenโt even chosen to go.
If anything...
Vague goals only expose a lack of true intention and an unwillingness to put in the work required โ๏ธ
Instead of setting a goal to "look good naked"...
Take the time to consider every single aspect of what that will look like.
How will you feel physically and mentally?
How will you hold yourself?
What will you be physically capable of doing?
..and that's just to name a few of the details you should consider.
Now do that for every area of your life.
Let's make 2024 your best year yet!
The bottom line is this:
If you aren't extremely specific about exactly what you want ... youโll never have it.
Stop generalizing.
Get specific.
Itโs required.
Otherwise, you get what you get, and you shouldnโt be willing to take that risk with your life.
Let's get s**t done! ๐บ
Your not going to like time....Stop telling yourself you don't have time โ๏ธ
This is THE BIGGEST and most commonly used reason as to why people don't train their body and look after themselves....
Do you wanna know what I think...
This is an EXCUSE.
A green light and attempt to justify your s**tty habits and low standards that you hold for yourself.
You might think that is harsh.
Maybe it is...
But you need to hear it,
Because everyone is busy!
As a business owner, upcoming author, part-time sport psychology student, and mum with an amazing family... I fully understand what the 'busy' looks like ๐ช
But do you want to know what.
I make it happen!
I stick my training into my schedule like I would anything else.
Protected time for me. Even when I don't feel like doing it. When I'm tired. When I want to chill. When I've had a demanding day.
My training goes in. Regardless ๐ค
It's my foundation that builds me.
The same way my clients are working in extremely demanding jobs, passing dissertations and looking after families. We still carve out time for self.
So, what is the difference between someone who uses TIME as an excuse, and someone who makes it happen...
They put themselves as a priority ๐ค
It might mean sacrificing some family time, for training time. Sometimes loosing an extra hour in the comfort of your bed to get your ass to the gym and lift some heavy s**t or go for a run.
You have to make it happen, or you will fall victim to the movement of life.
Don't let this be you ๐ซก
Tyler.
W O R K H A R D E R ๐ค
This is my mindset I'm taking with me over the coming months.
I am locked in ๐ are you?
๐ Repetition: The recurrence of an action in order to perfect your craft. You must become an expert at the basics before you can progress.
๐ Consistency: A consistent behaviour and commitment to take action every day towards your goal.
๐ Effort: A determined attempt to achieve a result. You don't give up when it feels difficult and execute every day to your best ability.
๐ Focus: The ability to understand what needs to be done, then take those actions without being distracted. Both your time and attention are directed towards your selected goals.
There is another level....LFG! ๐ฅ

A question I always get asked is;
Why do I always push myself so hard? โ๏ธ
I love this question! So I wanted to share my answer...
The simple answer is;
I see the world as my training ground for the battle of life.
The battle of life is essentially the sh*t you have to deal with and we have no choice but to get through it.
Such as losing a loved one, diagnosed with illness, your child breaking a bone, loosing a job, being the one who's able to hold it together at a funeral...
I train hard because it makes me stronger and fitter
I push my limits because it allows me to see what I'm capable of
I consistently step outside my comfort zone because it builds my mental and emotional strength
I keep pushing through difficult times of life because it builds my resilience
I push myself because I love how it makes me feel afterwards! It makes me a stronger, emotionally tighter and reminds me who the f**k I am ๐
I'm curious to see what's possible โ๏ธ

That's my mid-week weight session locked in ๐ this is how my training week looks so far; Monday: Weight training, full body, 10k steps
Tuesday: Muey Thai, double session, 10k steps
Wednesday: Weight training AM, Muey Thai PM, 12k steps....
I am feeling pumped, motivated and ready to attack the rest of the week!
I hear so many people facing the struggle of feeling weak and mentally fragile...
But you will be surprised at how easily you can turn weakness into strength by working on yourself!
Here are my top 3 tips to stop feeling defeated and get back in control of your life:
1. Hitting the gym and getting strong AF, I would recommend a combination of weight training and conditioning work.
2. Eating food to fuel you, rather than eating sh*t and feeling like sh*t.
3. Create routines in your life to get back control and own your day, rather than the day ruling you.
Let me know how you get on in the first 30 days of putting YOURSELF as a priority.
You'll never look back
Coach Tyler.
Everyone wants results...
....but few are willing to put in the work that it takes to set you apart.
This was me last year...
On one of the most prestigious stages in bodybuilding . For me, this was the peak of my athletic goals in this sport, before fully transitioning into thai boxing after I had been using it in my preps for cardio. I fell in love with the sport of Muey Thai - where the journey is still continuing....
Winners have discipline & understand the importance of sacrifice and effort.
Winners have the consitancy and a can-do-attitude. You take ownership for yourself and your own actions.
In turn, this results in reaching your goals.
Figure out who you want to be and what you want to achieve, and be that person NOW. Because the person you become now will determine the person you become tomorrow.
We are not lead. WE LEAD ๐ค
Have an awesome week everyone โ๏ธ

One of the best investments you will ever make ๐ค
๐ Prioritising your health and wellbeing
Which means adding muscle to get strong AF
Using cardio as a tool to decrease body fat and increase fitness levels
Eating good food so you eliminate brain fog and feel energised

Hiring a coach to avoid second guessing and make some serious progress while improving your own knowledge...

STRONG ๐ค is not just a physical attribute - it's a mindset.
Back yourself ๐
When you chase your strong, you not only become physically stronger
But you discover so much more about yourself.
You realise that you are capable of achieving the things that you thought were impossible.
Every time I put myself out there, I am navigating through unknown territory, at times feeling often uncertain....
But every time I figure it out and get stronger in the process
You gotta be in it to start withโ๏ธ
Don't be afraid to chase your strong. Embrace the challenge and the hard work that comes with it. Remember, it's not just about looking good, it's about feeling good and knowing your cabable of anything you set your mind to.
You're capable of so much. This is what I help my clients ls achieve every damn day.
