Pretty much to the day and 5 years ago I started an Airbnb Arbitrage business - Pure B. To mark that anniversary I wanted to share some aspects of that journey and what has been achieved with properties in Plymouth, Bath and experience in Torquay! 😀
Challenges & Problems ARE great! 🙃
So many different and complicated aspects to this including systems, automation, cleaning teams, guest communications, interior design, Virtual Assistant's (VA's), to name a few - and have certainly had my fair share of challenges. Including Covid! Have learnt so much trying to solve what arises, which each time leads to breakthroughs and better practise - good for everyone!
Building a Brand Identity!
From the start its always been about creating amazing stays - whether catching up with friends, family, staycations or business. Have at all times wanted to create a home away from home that everyone enjoys from start to finish. Loved the inclusion of a table football and must do more as such fun!

We ❤ to travel! The Trafalgar Lighthouse near Cadiz, Spain and location of Nelson's 1805 famous victory. Many of the injured Royal Navy were taken to The Royal Naval Hospital, Plymouth. Priviledged with Pure B's current links to the hospital and all that amazing history!

Beautiful evening for a swim at Daddyhole, Torquay. Great to see so many swimmers, paddleboarders and kayaks out tonight......not least Torquay is just great at this time of year for a visit or staycation!!
