Losing someone you love can be incredibly difficult and when those around us struggle to talk about them and say their name no matter how long ago they died, it can often make us feel incredibly alone.

Share Their Name is an opportunity to join with others who are grieving and honour the memory of our loved ones who have died. Itโ€™s taking place on Monday 29th July, would you like to take part? On the day weโ€™ll be inviting you to share photos and stories of those you love and miss on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and tag using .
