Strip out of the old existing outdated aluminium canopy and fan etc .

Quite a tricky route breaking through old sandstone brickwork and onto the corrugated roof ..

Previously uneducated ductwork fitters did not take the ductwork upto gutter level so smells simply rebounded off the adjacent wall straight into a beauticians very unpleasant smells filtering through .

My apprentice on holiday so had a ready made replacement and quickly installed and finished dinnertime.

Back up sunny Glasgow .. continuing the strip out plus installing new on this never ending NEXT project

Yesterday's job at the G&T house arngrove park..

Outdoor barbecue/ hot food area required stainless steel sheeting around 3 walls ..1 day 2 men made sure no disruption to ongoing food service ..

Wednesday/ Thursday required extraction in a very heavy polluted fabrication/ welding workshop @ Pro pipe hartlepool

2 x 630mm diameter solar and Palau plate fans fixed onto 2 x fabricated 90 degree radius bends complete with birdmesh grill exit .

1mtr SQ intake aluminum Louvres required to allow cross flow ventilation of around 4500 mtrs cubed per hour 🌪️🌪️🌀🌀🌀

As the weather getting hot 🥵 bigger extraction getting installed

Extremely busy doing allsorts of extraction ATM...

Today's adventure was removing excess heat from a sunbed shop .....

Achieved the task ...removing 3500 mtrs cub per hour ..in a nutshell a phenomenal amounts of warm air removed using a 400 diameter plate fan with a wall sleeve and back draft Louvre to finish the job

1st fix complete ready for cubicles and ceilings to go in

Saturday install

Sunbed place redcar tanaholic required fan to remove excess very warm air so we installed a plate fan capable of removing 3750 mtrs per hour so a much more cooler working environment

New oil standing heater required ventilation to bridge the gap to the existing ductwork .

Unfortunately I was left short with a offset required ..so with limited resources in my metal working unit folder rolling machine and foot operated guilliotinen ,

Putting my sheet metal working into good practice I managed to knock a galvanized offset up and ready to go straight back to fit.

Today's install at a lovely location in the Yorkshire moors .

Danby Bakery problem was getting rid of hot air from bread ovens and rear flue producing very hot 🔥🔥air.

So I got my sheet metal work tools out and fabricated a fit for purpose stainless steel canopy with plenum air box chamber above and finished with silver egg crate fascia grills.

Wall pe*******on again very deep due to very old building

Extract fan with speed controller done the job all in a days work 🤝

Friday install milano taking the ductwork from head level blowing into the courtyard and taking it up and above eves / gutter .....

New ductwork install @ decathlon ikea retail park

Upcoming new install in linthorpe village replacing cooplands bakery with a new Turkish restaurant/take away.
