Meet Eloise, the new Assistant Designer at VJM!

Eloise has a Diploma in Fashion and is just starting her career, so she has joined to help me expand the business with her accomplished design skills.

“I’ve always had a keen interest in fashion even from a young age. I believed that I could express myself through what I wore. In the last years of high school, I began taking my style seriously and wanted to work within the fashion industry. Fast forward to the end of GCSEs, I chose my career path which was to be a fashion designer.”

It's so easy to look at me and think you understand what has changed. It's impossible to miss the physical transformation BUT the most important changes are on the inside.

Even when I had lost most of the weight I wanted to I was still unfulfilled and unhappy. I felt like I was still looking for the magic key to happiness and self-love. My mood was still ruled by the scales on a Saturday and I still carried shame around like a heavy old smelly blanket.
I was not being kind to myself and I still had all of my old beliefs.

It was only after I had my own coaching that I found what made me fulfilled and how to manage my saboteurs. I was able to truly accept who I was and had the confidence to follow my dream. I am finally proud of myself.

I have now realised that I have lost and maintained my healthy weight because I have learned to be kind to myself. Not the other way around.

What do you need to accept about yourself in order to achieve your goal?

I absolutely love it early in the morning when everything is silent 💆‍♀️
