We're at Finzels again today with serving meatballs, chicken tagine, vegan dumplings, lamb bourek! Come and see us!

Portishead - what a lovely bunch you have been today. I had such a lovely day serving you my Algerian food!l ❣

I love experimenting with Algerian food. This vegan dish is a mix of three different traditional Algerian dishes ~

Sfiria, cheesy dumplings normally served with a cinnamon chicken sauce.

Chtitha sauce, normally used in dishes called "chtitha djej" or "chtitha batata". Chtitha comes from the word "dance" because it's meant to be so spicy it makes you dance 😆

Felfel salad - roasted peppers and tomatoes with garlic and olive oil

What a combination!
