I think this has got to be my favourite cake I’ve made so far, and maybe my favourite to decorate too! The bright and sparkly sprinkles on the white frosting are just so pretty 🥰

I forgot to post a retirement cake a made a few weeks ago! It was so fun to make, I just love working with bright colours 🤩 and of course Who doesn’t love chocolate! 🍫
I was so proud of this cake when I finished it! I just love the contrast between the bright blue cake, the dark brown chocolate and the little bits of gold 🌟

A lovely summer afternoon tea made by me yesterday, with a chocolate brownie, a cupcake, sweet scones, a mini milkshake and mini deconstructed cheesecake
And a stunning 2 layered Smörgåstårta (sandwich cake) I had yesterday, with cheese and pickle and cucumber and egg!
And I’m not usually a crafter but I was so pleased with the cards I made! I had such a lovely time!

I know I’m a little late posting but I had a great time today at The Saltfleetby jubilee party last Saturday! I made 7 delicious cakes to sell by the slice with a free cup of tea or coffee and I sold every last slice of cake and had lots of compliments!
It took me a good few days to bake and decorate them all but I was so pleased with all my cakes!

Yesterday's 2-tone cupcake order! For my first attempt at rose frosting, I'm very happy with these! 🧁

Yesterdays bake: A 3 layered Raspberry and White Chocolate sponge cake layered with fresh raspberries and cream cheese frosting and some raspberry and white chocolate cupcakes to match 🧁🎂

So today I delivered my first cake order! A 3 layered chocolate cake with chocolate American style buttercream and chocolate shards. I had so much fun baking and decorating it! The chocolate shards were probably my favourite part of this cake! 🎂

Yesterday I made my lovely mum this 7 layer rainbow sprinkles cake for her birthday. It took a lot of time but I enjoyed every minute of baking it, and it was so worth it to see the finished product and to see mums face when she sliced into it! 🎂

Today's bake: White chocolate Funfetti cookies!! They look so colourful and taste absolutely delicious 🍪 And the whole house smells of vanilla and almonds 🧁

I've always wanted to try 2-toned frosting so yesterday I thought I'd have a little go at some galaxy cupcakes, and I added a little bit of lustre to the frosting to make them extra shiny!This time I decided to also change up the flavour by using almond extract in both the cupcakes and the frosting and they tasted absolutely delicious!!
If anyone had any colour ideas for 2-toned or even 3-toned frosting Id love to hear them, let me know in the comments down below 🧁

Ive loved having a bit of a play around with my new food colourings this afternoon, and anybody that knows me knows that I love Halloween so I’ve been getting ready by making some samples and trying out a few new decoration ideas with my new colourings and decorations! 🧁🎃

Today I attended my first local event selling my home-baked cakes and biscuits. I was so pleased with how well they sold and overwhelmed with all the lovely comments from my customers! Raring to go and ready to get baking for my next event!🧁
